During 2008 we toured the spectacular Kimberley region of Western Australia, then traveled to Alice Spring in the Northern Territory
via the Tanami Road, to see Palm Valley, Kings Canyon, Uluru (Ayres Rock) and Kata Tjuta (the Olgas) and much more. Some of
the roads we travelled are remote, long and very corrugated, necessitating a well prepared vehicle and camper and the ability to make
repairs.

Following 2023 flood damage in the Kimberley, some areas will remain closed until further notice including the 2023 tourist season.
These include Geikie Gorge (Danggu), and Windjana Gorge (Bandilngan).
Geikie Gorge (Danggu) remains closed
until further notice. Windjana Gorge (Bandilngan) including Lennard close during the wet season, and are expected to re-open
April/May 2024 subject to seasonal conditions.
